The Diana Award's Anti-Bullying Campaign involves a number of different projects aimed at reducing bullying in schools. One of their main projects is the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors programme which has trained over 15,000 young people across the UK to lead on anti-bullying campaigns in their schools. - See more at: http://www.antibullyingpro.com/about/
The Anti-Bullying Ambassadors attended the National Anti-Bullying Conference held at the Winter Gardens on the 9th November. The children, along with more than 150 other children from all over the North West, had the opportunity of meeting Mason Noise (X factor contestant from 2015), Newsnight reader Charlene Wright and Tomohawk from Youtube. The Ambassadors joined in dance and workshops, and had lots of fun. Balloons were released at the end of the day with a written wish from each Ambassador.
When the children returned to School they made a Video, which you can view below, to the tune of Katie Perry’s Firework.
